Absolutely not. Separation of Church and State mandates that the government cannot sanction a state religion or meddle in the affairs of a religious institution. However, the same goes in reverse. A church cannot violate the integrity of the government. Once a church breaks the law by harboring illegal immigrants or fugitives, they are explicitly violating the government and therefore deserve the full punishment of law for such offenses.

Lawrence said it best......Goddamn if we let them harbor illegals, why not murderers and rapists as well. This crap is getting so out of hand! I can see where this whole Church sanction thing is going and it's damn scarey if you ask me. JesusHchrist, this crap keeps up and we're going to have ourselves a Holy War on top of a Civil war. Ya...I agree with you....Is That ^ An Admission

Wow! How many Illegals could all our American churches harbor? I'm not the smartest person walking, but I am smart enough to see that this is not a good thing.
My answer to Lou's ? tonight.......No, not under any circumstance. Allowing the Church to do this is in a sense allowing the Church to decide what America's Law means. It allows the Church to be judge and jury and therefore discounts the established judicial system of America. It's a violation of our constitution and the seperation of Church and State. In a very real sense it violates what the Church stands for and the future of the Church organization as a seperate entity from government. This alone is a huge threat to the American people.

I am proud to say that my church, the unestablished, heathen way of worshipping our Creator, will not ever, has not ever, brought politics into the Sweat Lodge. The Sacred Pipe would not ever be smoked for the sanction of a criminal. Seperation of Religion and Politics must be upheld or we are all in big ol' trouble.

There is the answer that churches offer a safe haven..in a time of need, but and this is a big BUT in this case the safe haven cannot be performed to protect Illegal, if that is the case then the people that committed a crime then can create their own safe haven stepping in a church as well. The safe haven I am sure isn't meant for Illegals and become a Hostage like situation. This is starting to become like some 3rd world country if we are allowing Illegal Immigrants to cross the border and then hide out at a church..So then my answer is NO!!!

Well lets carry this line of thought out a bit, what if someone who just killed a few people and was being persued by the police ran into a church and asked for sanctuary, should the cops just shrug and go, oh ok lets go home? if someone is or has commited a crime running into a church shouldn't be a way out of it. Second this anchor baby thing has got to go all it is is a loophole that illegals beat us over the head with.

No. they are illegal and have to go though the legal process. If you have a murderer in your church are they exempt from prosecution... no.No one is above the law not even Hillary Clinton although it seems evil prevails, Furthermore, Separation of Church and State does not apply. The term of Separation of Church and State does not exist in our Constitution, This quotation come from a letter that Thomas Jefferson sent to a church describing that the Government could not appoint a State Church as Henry the Eighth did in England,

Would we allow a church to harbor a murderer?

Or a child molester?

Or a rapist?

Then why are we allowing the church to harbor a criminal...who has not a shred of remorse for stealing a Social Security number? For repeatedly breaking our laws? For defying a nation hiding behind her illegitimate son?

Since she is so religious, may be she should give her child to a GOOD family so that he can be raised properly....clearly, she is a

No one should exploit their children. They are beautiful little girls and should be allowed to be so..

I am surprised that people want to zero in on children. I guess they are so desperate they have no one
else to pick on.

Thank you Lou

Yes, this is an impeachable offense. He is making a joke out of our country. Where is the balance of the judicial, legislative, and executive power? He has completely bypassed the Constitution of the United States of America. Laurel, Alpena, Michigan

If that illegal hag was a citizen of America, we would not be questioning the separation of Church and governments right now. She would be in jail and her kid would be in CPS custody, period. This lib priest needs to go to jail for obstruction of justice and the ACLU needs to get off its @ss and do something about it. If my kid can't say GOD in school or at the state capitol, what makes this criminal any different? Nothing. Arrest her and storm that church or tax it!
