As sad as it is i have been using dating websites for a while now. The thing is hardly anyone bothers to reply to my emails and on the odd occasion that one does its just to say there not interested. I put time and thought to emails and surely the least they can say is thanks, but no thanks.
Anyway what should i be saying to improve my chances?

Maybe your looking in the wrong place for love, maybe the women on those sights are looking for perfection and haven't realised it doesn't exist, your probably too nice and too honest and they don't want that in a guy, they might just want a money machine, try going to places local to you were you will meet people, the gym, night school or even pubs, it could be you that needs to set your sights higher this time.

I know exactly how you feel! I've been doing the online dating thing on and off for the past 5 years and I've gotten the same reaction from guys. I just believe that there is someone somewhere out there that will be decent enough of a person to actually have a decent conversation and date with. And I have come across some nice guys and am dating one at the moment, so chin up! Good luck!

I don't think dating websites can get good and decent partner. You may wish to try alternate sources like organising some outings, parties, study groups, etc to increase your real chances. Cos most of the time, the real identity of a person cannot be trusted thru the net. Hope you don't get a gay to reply you.

All you can do is be yourself & be polite & interesting maybe you could send me a typical e-mail you send so I could see what you're writing I have had experience of this I met my husband in a chat room.

always be yourself and never change, be honest, never insult anyone, sarcasm is a big no no too, like i said just be yourself.... perhaps you are trying too hard to please....why are you on date sites when there is a whole world to explore.....good luck and have fun...
