I am so sick of this.
He's not having sex with me,
Where the F&*@ are these semen spots/ stains coming from?
Everytime I say something he blows it off or asks why I'm so crazy.

He's probably getting it from masturbating or another girl. Dump him, but before you kkick him to the curb tell him next time to do a better job of cleaning up.

He could be cheating on you, but I suspect the more likely explanation is this: Some guys masturbate pretty frequently during the day, even in the bathroom or a private office at work. He might be too embarassed to admit it.
Even if he's just a leaky fellow (it does happen) the semen stains wouldn't be showing on the OUTSIDE of his pants if he wears underwear, sooo...
You've already confronted him about it and he has no good explanation... and in actuality, the explanation doesn't matter.
What DOES matter is that he's not having sex with you, and you're unhappy, and he isn't fixing it even though you've tried to ask why.
So, in my my mind that throws him solidly into the Bad Boyfriend category -- if his response to something so basic is to blow you off or call you crazy, he has absolutely no relationship maintenance skills.
It's not worth trying to train those skills into him, either, since he won't admit there's a problem. You sound so frustrated... I suggest you go with your instincts and leave him.
There are plenty of guys out there who would be THRILLED to both have sex with you AND reassure you when you notice something odd like this in the laundry!

i am not trying to be mean or anything but if you are not having sex with this boy then it is completing obovious that he is getting it from someone else or getting strip dances by other girls i sugguest that you go separtely way and find someone else cause if he isnt telling you the truth and telling you that your crazy and changing the subject that means he's lieing to you. Your going to get hurt more then once if you dont love him then find some one else.

I think if you repedetly keep catching him and its an everyday thing he would get smarter and either pull his pants down, clean them or do something to not get caught. But if he just dosent care then yes he mite be with someone else

It's premature ejaculation...It happens when he looks at sexy women. It does not mean he is having sex. It can be very embarrassing to bring up, especially to a girlfriend.
