I love her very much. When she gets worked up about ANYTHING she just lets her anger escalate. Then she starts getting mad at me, and becomes very irritable. She starts thinking of breaking up with me because she thinks that our relationship is the problem. After she cools down she apologizes to me. I always tell her that its ok. She has been hurt ALOT by family and friends and I want to take care of her but she really hurts me. She tells me that she is so happy that I am so nice but then sometimes she just kills me. Then she feels bad and thinks that I'll leave because of her attitude. I always reasure her that I love her and that I am not going anywhere. She keeps saying "I always do this, I always destroy things, I always wanted a nice guy and now that I have him I am destroying it". I do everything for her, but when she gets worked up she takes it out on me. This happens atlease once a week. How can I help her deal with her anger and not get too worked up?

When she gets worked up hold her in your arms and tell her I love you but make sure to be genuine if she pulls away try taking it slow by resting your hand on hers and calmly talk to her and let her vent out so shes not so angry.

She needs professional help. There is nothing you can do unless she gets it. Its called mental abuse to you and that **** sucks. If you stay you are going to end up the one with problems. I've done it before, It took 1 year of seeing a shrink to get my mind back to half way normal. I hope she is worth it!

Awww, that's so sweet! I think you should talk. Ask her what you can do for her, because none of us can mimic her opinion. Tell her what you told us. If you love her and she loves you, you'll work it out. :-)

its according to why she gets angry, is it something you said or did, if not y'all need to have some concealing together. or just her its hard to say. but just keep telling her that you love her, and stand behind her in everything.
