God can cause anything to happen. In Jesus' case this is one of God's miracles. He has no biological father, God simply caused this to come to pass.

Jesus did not have a father. His mother was virgin Mary and Allah decided to make her a mother although she was a virgin by a miracle. Her child was blessed and was Prophet Jesus. Allah regards Marry as the purest woman ever created on earth.
You can read her full story in details as narrated in the Quran.
Go to: Surat Mariam (a chapter in the Holy Quran. Find it in the index).

But Mary, Jesus' mother, was a virgin when Jehovah implanted the seed of Jesus into her womb before she had married Joseph. Matt. 1:18.
Joseph and Mary were married after she gave birth to Jesus. Then she was, of course, NOT a virgin. Joseph did not give the male sperm to make Jesus, Jehovah God did by holy spirit.

He isn't, of course, Joseph's son.
But tell me you first, Who's the father of Adam??
What I wanna say is that Allah wanted to show His unlimited power, He (Allah) wanted prove by Jesus Christ (Peace Be Upon Him) and his mother Mary the virgin that H does not need the sperm of a man to be put into a woman's womb to create a baby, He already could creat Adam from neither a father nor a mother.
I hope you got the point now.

I don't think anyone really believes Mary was a Virgin. Consider the society she lived in. To admit she'd had sex with Joseph before marriage would have ruined her. The fact that Joseph did marry her anyway indicates he most likelly was the father.

Salam (Peace)!
Jesus, properly Isa (peace be upon him), did not have a father. That is because God (Allah) has the power to do anything. If He desires to make a child be born without a father, all He has to Say is "Be!" and it is done. Don't underestimate Allah's Power! He is All-Powerful!
Seek out the truth. God willing you will find it.

Jesus (pbuh) has no father, God created him just to show us that it's a miracle birth, He refers to Jesus (pbuh) in the Quran as the son of mary (pbuh). God even compared the birth of Jesus (pbuh) to the birth of Adam (pbuh) because they both were created without a father. so Jesus (pbuh) has no father.

IIRC muslim believe in the concept of the emmaculate conception.
They just don't believe that Allah is the "father". That would be blasphemy in their eyes by giving Allah any sort of humanity, and Allah is far too divine to be even thought of as that.

He does not have a father. Does this mean he is God's son? NO. what of Adam? Who is adam's father?
The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was.
