Coffee and whatever leftovers I can find in the fridge. Who says breakfast should be limited to 'mainstream' breakfast foods? Not I!

Breakfast tacos with a whole lot of Hot Sauce. Makes for good healthy morning poop too. But I guess you didn't ask for that. Sorry

On my way ... McDonald's Sausage Biscuit Sandwich with Cheese and Egg.
Running out the door ... Thomson's mini bagels in cinnamon raisin, toasted, with cream cheese.

Quick (not Instant) oatmeal, I add raisins, walnuts, cinnamon and brown sugar in the microwave for 55 seconds. Stir in a bit of skim milk. Esp. good in fall and winter, and keeps you full until lunch.
Enjoy!

I like having something fast and healthy to eat in the morning just to know that I am one step closer to being more healthier.
