Whats a good way ask them out?

If you're shy, doing things in a group of friends with your crush might be less nerve-wracking. Once you're able to be your usual charming self with him in a group, ask him to coffee or dinner or something that you'd have fun doing.
It can be as simple as "Hey, wanna get coffee? My treat." or as complex as you want. (I vote for simple)

A good way to ask them out is not to. I can totally understand why you would think you should because I was like that. You should let them want to be with you. No kidding that flirting helps alot but being yourself is important. You don't want to be fake about who you are and have some guy like you for who you're pretending to be. Simply ask him if he'd like to hang sometime, catch a movie or grab a bite to eat. Men are usually pleasantly surprised when a girl asks them out instead of the pressure being on them! Suggest doing something you know you both have in common, like a concert or something if you're looking to be specific.

women have come up, just play it like a man, take him a rose, look in to his eyes and ask him out. he is not even going to know what hit him. he will fell very special and out of place.

DONT do that relationships where the girl ask the guy out never last.. if a guy likes you he will probably ask you out so if the guy you like hasnt asked you out he must not like u alot

Well if you like him just ask! what do you mean 'how do i ask him out?' have you tried... 'hiya, want to go out..movie? drink? ect?'
just relax whats the worst that can happen... he says no? doubt it!
