To say "how do you say 'book" in Italian?" would you write "come si dice "book" in Italiano?" or would it be "come si dice "book" nell'Italiano?". My question is whether I should use in or nell', or are both ok. Thanks in advance.

in italiano is the correct way to say it, same way as u say "parlare in italiano"
