Have they always been like that? If it is something "new", then run, don't walk, to a doctor. Check out IBC online.
If this is something you were "born with", then plastic surgery can be done.

Either have your man suck on them, gently, but steady, or get a breast pump.
There are small connectors between the breast tissue and nipple that may be too strang and pulling it in.

Just so you know, that is not abnormal. You can still breastfeed, successfully, if that is what you are concerned about. That is why the world is so wonderful, we are all different and special.

i have found that breastfeeding really helped so getting your bf to do the honors consitently they will begin to stick out more.

Carry ice around in your pocket and rub them when need be.

if your nipples have always been inverted...then go see a plastic surgeon.. perhaps there is something he can do !!!

a friend of mine had your 'problem'...she got them pierced!!!!
now they are 'normal'
just so you know: there's nothing wrong with them!!
just like belly buttons...some are innies, some are outies!
and she was still able to breastfeed her daughter later...

You may need an operation. My girlfriend got it corrected but she can never breastfeed from that boob.

i am a man who has had those type niples and i think realy it is a birth defect
