I have been trying for 8 years to loose weight. I am 5'5 and was 145 when I was 15 years old and I thought that was overweight. Now Im 189. I am devastated. Stress causes me to eat, and lately Ive been so stressed Ive had to go on medication for anti anxiety. Ive gained 15 pounds in 2 months.

I feel disgusting, ugly, and just uncomfortable. I envy skinny girls so much. Its so hard to find the control I need to loose the weight. I dont know what to do.

Sometimes I wish I could just melt, like ice. I have tried something basically like exorcise anerexia. lol. Basically I burn off ALL the calories I eat for the day. I lost weight, but it was so hard to do and after a month I gave up.

I am so upset. I want to make myself puke everything I eat, but I cant do it.

What can I do to make myself not want to eat! How can I find the motivation and do this for good! WHY in the world isnt there any perscription weight loss products! With all the crap they can cure, they cant cure that???

If this makes you feel just a little better I'm 5'4" and 220lbs. Right now put together meals that are all 300 calories or less, and make six meals a day.
I have about six choices for breakfast, 12 for lunch, and 12 for dinner, so I don't get bored with the menu. I'm still working on even more meals. Its best to replace some meat portions with vegetables, they have less fat, and get you full faster. I'd have one small breakfast, small lunch, small dinner, and some meals in between. Then I'm going to start walking outside, at least 10,000 steps. (I got a new pedometer) Don't give up. I've felt the same way you do right now, since fifth grade. I even started to starve myself in fifth grade. But now I'm being realistic, I don't look at miracle diets that I know I would have a hard time following. I just control my portions, keep track of my calories, carbs, fats, and sugars, and exercise. I've lost 20lbs in three months. Good luck to you!

For starters relax. Give your self incentives if you reach a certain goal (like a new pair of shoes or purse). When you fill hungry eat vegetables and fruit only. Drink tea with no sugar. Eat salads. Get out and walk everyday. Increase the miles as you go along. Most time having someone going along this journey with you will help. Try sit-ups. Join a fitness club then you definitely don't want your money to go to waste. You got to know you are a beautiful person and you can do it. Only you control your fate of losing weight. Just like the little train you think you can but soon it will become I know I can. You have to have a reason to lose weight then do everything possible to reach that goal so you can prance around flaunting that trophy body that you made with will power to succeed.YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

I think it depends how you deal with your stress. Some people stress and do not eat due to the stomach pains caused by stress, while others use food to comfort their stress and this causes weight gain. Stress is unhealthy either way, so try doing activities to help relax your mind and stop you from over stressing!

If you're stressed out, take time in the day for yourself. Do something just for yourself like meditate or do yoga. There is no magic weight loss solution. You can join Weight watchers they are really good about applying weight loss to real life, like changing the way you eat and shop at the grocery, instead of making you eat their meals like Jenny Craig. I hope you feel better soon . good luck.

first of all maybe you should take up running, or a sport. Then you will loose weight. And to not eat as much i heard exercise and doing a sport can help curb your appetite. you should def. try to do a few situps a day and push ups. Join gym and try to loose weight.

I know that my neighbor was really heavy all through her years, And i have asked her what did you do to loose it?? She said:
* EXERCISE- I walked/ ran everyday,if you have a dog use it.She also said that she did situps and push ups.
* EATING- Is my stomach really growling? Or i am just going to eat because i am bored, tired, know i need to eat. J said that she is one of those people now that she eats small porportions instead of 3 large meals. She has a bannana instead of fries, hamburger, and a coke. She now drinks water alot.

I hope you take some of this into consideration,
**Alliy**
