I say eat meat everyday! Protein is important in keeping you full. I think the best diet is this and I'm trying to follow it right now.

Breakfast - 2 slices lite whole wheat toast or 1/2 bagel with 2 eggs or peanut butter and jam.

Lunch - Either a sandwich or leftovers from a healthy dinner and carrot and celery sticks.

Snack in afternoon - almonds, glass skim milk or yogurt to give you protien.

Dinner- Some lean meat, like fish, chicken, ground beef, or flank steak (cheap), brown rice with butter or marg, and veggies and/or salad with lite dressing.

Desserts - fruit, yogurt, sugar-free jello or pudding

You must walk 15 to 20 minutes everyday and you will lose weight, 2-3 pounds a week. More depending on how heavy you are. Good luck! You may also want to eat a Tums for calcium.

Well to lose weight u need to excercise and eat fruits and veggies u also need to eat protein but try to avoid carbohidrates thats a really good way to loose weight but u must eat five times a day to avoid long periods without eatingGood luck in ur diet

Eat lots of veggies and walk working up to 3 miles per day at least 5 days per week, don't eat much bread or pasta and very little meat,, baked fish helps too, without breading of course.
Drink plenty of water and don't eat snack foods unless its applesauce and fruit, that should pull weight off.

Guess spelling isn't your forte.......lets hope dieting is. Just eat sensibly and avoid fast food, remember the 5 fruits and veggies per day. Eat meat no more than twice a week..... and most important of all EXERCISE!

If you lose weight too fast, it will just come right back again. Cut out junk food, eat healthy, take smaller portions than you normally would, drink plenty of water, and EXERCISE.

There's no trick to weight loss, it's just that no one wants to move their butts :-)

Be a vegetarian, eat as much as u want, and excerise ALOT. lol yall shud be ok.
