It sounds like eczema to me,if it is try rubbing a little sudocrem on the area, you can get it from the chemist or even the supermarket.this cream treats any skin condition, if this cream feels hot or stings on the rash area then you should get a second opinion Good luck and don't scratch it

When it comes to skin problems, I learned the hard way to skip the general practioner and go see a dermatologist. It is quite likely that they can give your rash a two-second glance and tell you exactly what it is...

Posion Ivvy? Maybe a flea bite, or some pest that might be in your home... Have a actual Dermatologist look at your skin not just a simple doctor.

sounds like fleas to me. put out some of those glue boxes you can get from your local pest control place and find the buggers.
It also could be poison ivy, but my experience is you have fleas somewhere your coming in contact with.

someone mentioned LP....if you have lichen p., get tested for liver disease (hcv, nash and others)...especially if anything the doc gives you doesn't work! (or works for a while, then comes back when you stop)

good luck!
