Haha...you sound like me! Haha...it depends on the candy. One peanut M&M has 11 calories. One chocolate M&M has 4.7 calories. I think you are probably refering to something like a piece of a Hershey bar, right? One section is about 20 calories.

Well, let's go with something easily measurable...a Hershey's kiss. There are 9 in a serving, and according to the website there are 230 calories in a serving. SO...that would mean that one kiss would have 25.5 calories.
A plain milk chocolate Hershey's bar has 230 calories as well, and it's scored so it can be broken into 12 pieces. So one square would be 19.6 calories.
GOOD SITE to visit if you're counting calories is www.calorie-count.com You can look up the calories & food value of any food item. And they have a TON of them in their database.

Take the bag of chocolates you like the most.
Look at the calories per serving
Look at the serving size (it will have an approximation of how many pieces are in each servings)
Divide the calories per serving by the pieces per serving to get the approximate calories per serving.
Example
Serving Size: 2 ounces (approx 10 pieces)
Calories per serving: 30
take 30 (the calories) and divide it by the 10 pieces=3

1 cup of milk chocolate has 899 calories so figure out the size of your piece of candy compared to 1 cup and divide it . I am guessing a normal piece of chocolate would be around 50-60

If you are on a very strict diet you should not be eating chocolate. In my personal opinion, you should not be on a diet that would be so strict. You are just setting yourself up for failure.

try this get away from that and eat cheese. Stay away from bread and when you want a snack eat jerky or soup. But when ever you want to eat try cheese it is filling and will help you lose weight. I did this for 3 months and lost 20 pounds. O yeah you have to stay away from pop as well. milk or tea is just as good
