Did you report the Identify Theft to the police? Was your purse/wallet stolen? If the pictures are of you with your name, you'd have to figure out how the person got the pictures. If she is posing as you, get the cops involved. They will get her/him on charges of Identity Theft, internet perjury, etc. Also, contact the Federal Communications Commission and they will find out how to get the website downed and the person banned from the 'net, as well as getting her/him arrested on federal charges.

Most websites have their own security officer/department. I would try to contact them first. Depending on where you live and the person using your identity live, it may be difficult to prove any laws were broken. I agree what you're saying she has done is annoying, but it would be difficult to prove who exactly is responsible. If she hasn't used your information to try to defraud you financially, it may be nearly impossible to get criminal charges brought against her. If you have the money you could always sue her in civil court, but I warn you: it could be expensive.

You can report them to the website that they're using to steal your identity, I am not sure if you can get their information and sue.

the police can't do anything. you have to go to the webmaster of the site that the person used your pics on and tell them that she is being fraudulent eith your pics and identity and they will probably just discontinue her site.

Please do not take the law into your hands. Otherwise, you two will be taken to the police. Report the person to the police but please do not take revenge. Forgive and forget. Calm down please.

find a "geek "and have him hack the site...
...no seriously call one of the prominent webhosters such as yahoo and ask them to tell you who is hosting the site. Their IT department can tell you who to call and then you can go from their.
