Ethics are usually meant to mean a set of guidelines used to determine behaviors of a group or profession. i.e. Laywers, Doctors, Teachers. Those guidelines may or may not be based on moral principles.

Morals, on the other hand, are more from an intrinsic nature (yourself), or perhaps defined by a supernatural origin (such as God) and define Right & Wrong.

So, in fact, they are not exactly the same things, goofball....

By the time you reach a certain age, it's going to happen to you. For example, you might think cheating is morally wrong, but if you see someone do it, you might think it is unethical to report them.
I found a gold ring on the bottom of the ocean floor last year. I should have reported it or turned it in to the hotel (according to my moral values), but I did not, since it had obviously been underwater for a very very long time, and I was sure no one from the hotel would even try to find the owner. I think it is unethical to let hotel people cheat and steal from you.
