i asked this question yesterday...and i didn't really find out what i wanted...
i am 5 '8
153-154 pounds in weight
33 inch waist
38 inch butt
i am i medium bulid i think..
so am i fat, or chubby or average..and do i need to loose weight even if its a few pounds.....i am asking this because i'm not sure if theres any point lossing weight.

lol.first of all...u need to figure out if u are happy with yourself. i'll bet that u are not!! just exercise, take care of urself, eat right, and do what YOU want to be a healthy, happy person. once u are confident in yourself that u look great, act great, and feel great, it won't matter that people think u need to lose or gain weight. u already worked on urself and are happy, so u just need to deal w/ the peeps YOU want to deal with! :) so if u like a girl, go for it. and if she doesnt like u for ur body weight, u can either 1) lose weight, or 2) move on to a different girl. it's ALL about confidence.
for example, i know that if i lose 10 lbs, i will look and Feel better about myself. so i'd rather lose the weight for Myself...not for my boyfriend, not for my family or friends, but for me. at the same time, because it is for me i am lazy and i haven't lost it yet! :) but at least i am not in denile, and i know that eventually i gotta kick start my regimen for exercise. it is a goal i set for myself. not cuz other people tell me i am 5'7 and weigh this much and it's too much. some people Weigh more but look skinnier, and some people Look skinny but weigh a lot. eh.........just work out until you feel that you look good :). everyone can use improvement!

5'8'' under 165 lbs is a normal healthy weight... their probably isn't any point to losing weight but that doesn't mean there's no point to exercising... you can still look chubby but have a healthy weight.. if you're ok with that then don't do anything about it... but exercising only helps you by keeping you healthy...

you must not have much muscle on you or must be muscle but look very skinny. Go to the gym because big and buff is always a turn on. Good luck.
