Then Cafe Noorani at Mahalaxmi
Then Lucky at Bandra or Andheri (Lokhandwala)

i dont know about testiest but i do know the tastiest biryani u'l find at sundays wen my mumm cooks it most of my friends come home then ur invited otherwise copperchimney ask for the spicy one its tearful if u cant bear spicy and enjoyable if u like spicy
