Tartar sauce
8 ounces mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup each chopped celery and chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
This recipe makes alot of tartar sauce. I just throw it all in a bowl and mix well. Chilling will thicken it up some for you.

I use
mayo (Kraft)
dill pickle relish
finely chopped onion
a little lemon juice
mix together
I prefer a tartar sauce that is not sweet - that is why I use the Kraft mayo (doesn't have sugar in it) and the dill pickle relish instead of sweet pickle relish

Do you mean Tartare Sauce? if so then it's; mayo, finely chopped gherkins and finely chopped capers and maybe a little squeeze of lemon juice. the amount of each ingredient is up to you.
