Lice do not hang around desks or toilet seats. They hang around human hair. It is not an infection it is an infestation. You have to treat all the kids that have the lice, it's the only way to get rid of them.

Just use bleach to disinfect, but lice are strong buggers and jump from head to head.

Mix equal parts of Lysol (the liquid kind that you use to mop with NOT THE SPRAY) and water in a spray bottle and just spray everything down. It does work.

those clorox disinfecting wipes would be good.
but you could probably just use rubbing alcohol too...
