Definitely not unless you want to seem desperate. To him you'll just look like some kind of low life or an easy booty call. You need to leave him wanting more of you and you need to him to not want to stop thinking about you. If you ask him out, you're saying you need him more than he needs you. Give it time and keep hinting that you like him. But don't rush, let him make some passes before you score.
