Iam now with my soon to be husband. I had to make the first move. I don't know how old you are so it kind of depends. You could watch a movie at home and try to kiss him during the movie. If you have your own place, then go take a shower while he is over and call him into the bathroom for a razor or something your forgot and pull him close, I promise he won't pass you up. If you want him then he is probley thinking the same thing. Ya know being honest always gets me somewhere.
