I sit on my back porch facing the shore of the lake and sip a little scotch (not a lot) and daydream. I listen to music or take a hot bath with a nice smelling salt in the water. Or I cook. I love cooking and I like to make up new dishes so that makes me calm.

Sitting on the beach, or just sitting outside on a pretty day and reading a good book. Or take a walk in the park and enjoy nature.
