can anybody explain to me what kind of a place is heaven and how people over there spend their time? Do they sleep? or work ,what do they do for fun and what is considered fun over there? do they eat? or they are always praying to make the ulmighty happy? is there any resemblance to our world?

Since heaven is imaginary, it is pointless to try to describe it - it's like trying to say what the Man-in-the-Moon's fingernails look like! Heaven was created by powerful people to persuade the folks they exploited that it was okay if they had a lousy life, had to work all the time, and do whatever nasty things the boss said, because they would be rewarded after death. Pure manipulation.

This is what is called a "zen riddle".
There would be no answer to the question. Heaven is a place totally out of time and space where the impossible is everyday and the possible (here) is impossible.
Heaven is, however, not the final destination of the redeemed. God will build a NEW EARTH for us to live on.
When a man dies, he does not become an angel. God created us as men and men we will be, now and in the future.

Heaven is something that can NEVER be imagined by any human beings. We do have much description of heaven but still it is hidden from the human eyes and mind. Some of the description of heavens are as such:
~ Everyone will stay young forever.
~ Inhabitants of heaven will have whatever they want.
~ It is uncomparable and eternity times better than this world.
~ People will have whatever they want to eat.
~ The palaces there will be made of gold.
~ There will be a river as white as milk and as sweet as honey.
and much more...
But you have to work extremely hard to achieve it.
Seek out the truth. God willing you will find it.

Heaven is your perfect world. YOu do what you want, eat what you want, sleep when you want, and do what you want to do as long as it is not crime. Heaven is like paradise, no one can discribe it with words. Some times, people say Heaven does not exist, but how do you know? Did the dead tell you? No. Because they are having to much fun in Heaven.

There are many scripture references to heaven, God's holy city. But not much that states what you do there, it says they worship, it says they are not married or given in marriage. It says you are in the presence of God both day and night. Mostly it is hard to pinpoint all of the activities in Heaven, and what kind of body we will have and what you will do in that body. So I guess it is safe to say it will be different from earthly existence, but nothing more.

tis a great question and one I don't often ponder but I think heaven is heavenly and is grad. It is a place of peace ans contentment. One you can relax and enjoy in with lots of angels singing and playing music.It is probably a very nice place to visit but hey I don't want to go any time soon.

Since none of us have seen it, its hard to explain.
I personally believe Heaven to be perfect peace..no worries or concerns like we have here on Earth.
I hope thats what it is. The bible explains what we do there as praise. Praise to me is happy. It also says that we will know as we are known, meaning to me that I will see my Grandparents and Father and Brother and we will recognize one another, just in spirit form.

You read in Isaiah 65 that we will build houses and inhabit them, plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them so we will work in the gardens that we plant but never have weeds. We can go to other planets and travel the galaxy to learn new things, all sorts of things that we cannot even imagine.

IF YOU LOOKED AT A TREE AND DESIRED IT'S FRUIT, THE TREE WILL EXTEND IT'S BRANCHES TO YOU SO THAT YOU CAN PICK IT'S FRUIT AND ANOTHER GROWS IN IT'S PLACE RIGHT BEFORE YOUR EYES. It is far better than our world! absolutely no illness, wars, hunger,
suffering of any sort! If you read the book of revelation you will be here on earth for at least 1000 years! And i SUSPECT AFTER THAT! those who cause and create trouble of all sorts will not be here! The good things and people will be here!
