I Want To Have A Party And Need Some Ideas. Like Decorations, Favors, Food, Drinks, Games, Colors, Etc. For Grandparents Day. Can You Give Me Some Help Please. I'm Not The Most Creative Person And Can't Find A Website With Any Themes Or Decorations Specifically For Grandparents Day. Should We Go Out Or Have A Thing At The House??? I Don't Know Why This Is So Hard. Has Anybody Had A Party Like This And Could Tell Me What They Did/Used Please! Thanks So Much!!!!!!!!

Make it a spoof kind of thing.. get some fake canes and glasses to hand out to everyone. Have a cake made with a telephone dail pad on it with BIG numbers, like you might find at an Senior Citizen's home.

i would have a party at the house. make your own decorations on the computer that say happy grandparentsday. for food and drinks, buy a couple differnt types of pizza(everyone likes pizza), and but some cansof pop and some bottles of water. dont forget dessert. but some ice cream cake or some kind of cake they like. use colorful colors like purple, blue, light green, pink,orange, yellow,and red etc. find out what their favorite music is and play it at their party. for example my grandma likes il divo so i would play ildivo and other opera singers at her party. i dont know any games though unless your grandparents like the limbo. before the party starts put confetti all over and hang streamers from the ceilings. put a table out with some chips and dip to. good luck on the party and i hope your grandparents like it!

At out school we had one. The kids played bingo with their grandparents.
For food, have cake and sweet stuff. They love that.
Also, remember to serve decaf coffee; most of them can't drink decaffeinated coffee.
You can decorate with bright colors. That will make them happy.
