He came to be our subsitute so that we don't have to pay for our sins. Is that not AWESOME? Have you even tried Him and turned to Him.? When you repent, you become His kid and He takes care of His kids always. PROMISE

A agree with a lot of you regarding the way Christians have behaved over the years but Jesus said we need to "Follow Him" not man. The wage of sin is hell (death). That's why he died to give us the gift of eternal life with Him. Please don't reject a free gift.

Jesus said if you confess him now he will confess you later in judgment, but if you deny Him now he will deny you later

The world is blinded by sin, therefore cannot see the light. One day they will all see, but it will be too late. If we still sin is because we are humans, but it's different to be a devote sinner and to be forgiven. God Bless EVERYONE.

There is no hate for Jesus - by most accounts he seems like a decent dude. It wasn't Jesus who "invented" Christianity it was his super jealous cousin John who had the David Coresh syndrome and made a following through exaggeration. Remember John (and 3 other apostles) told us what Jesus said and did. Not all the stories match up.

There is no diary of Jesus of Nazareth. "Dear diary, today I healed a leper and ransacked a temple, my father in heaven is gonna be soo pleased"

Jesus sure wasn't a perfect man but he was a good Jewish man. The book is a work of man and there is no way on earth that I will believe otherwise - how do I know - a God told me so - he told me it was perfectly ok to think for myself and by the way the Hebrew god is a jealous god as are all the others therefore lending further credence to the theory that the "gods" are a group of infighting spiritual beings (energy, extraterrestrial).

If you believe the book is the the literal word of god then why did Yahweh himself say that his people should worship no other god before him if there in fact were no other gods....HUH!?!?!?

What burns me is being told that if I don't accept Jesus Christ as my lord and saviour then I deserve only a fiery painful everlasting hell - how very unchristian of you! No friggin' wonder "Jesus wept"

Tweety kid I think Allah (pbhn) weeps for you too.

Hate is not true. Hate is not a word. Hate is the absolute nothingness. God did not create the word "hate" to be used in a manner to critize his humans and earth. You cannot hate anything, not even Satan, because everyone is imperfect. People may say they hate Jesus and the Lord, but the truth is, no one moved the vail from their eyes. They have not seen the Lord and Jesus, they do not know what he had done for us. There is no reason why to hate Jesus, just simply because, hate has no meaning.

If Jesus was so crazy and wrong, why would he have paid the ultimate price? How did he heal people if he wasn't really the son of God? Where is his body if it wasn't raised? Bring me one of Jesus' bones and I'll never talk about Jesus again. Prove the bible wrong! If it's so wrong and he's just "some dead guy on a stick" then why do you get so offended that someone talks about him? I don't think that it's because you don't think it's true, but because you don't want to have to change your lifestyle according to what God says is right or wrong. I think that's the biggest problem people have with Christianity, and that my friends is very very sad.

Anyway, not trying to cram God down anyone's throat, just stating my opinion... I don't believe it's okay to push people, but i also think that when people constantly say things like "Oh I hate Christians" and stuff like that, it causes us to get defensive. Of course if you said "I hate blacks and all of them are criminals" you would be a racist jerk, but it's okay to put all Christians in this category and say we're all bad and horrible and force our beliefs down every ones throats, that's OK?? I don't get the logic! And they call us intolerant!

Not every on was born and raised believing in Jesus. It is not as simple as just telling someone "hey this is the right thing to believe". You feel it in your gut and many peoples' "guts" do not react to Jesus. It is not the path for everyone. Saying something does not make it real...

I started off a devout Christian, even studied intently with my whole being for the priesthood.

I don't hate Jesus the Godhead because he didn't exist. I do have a strong dislike for the human because he claimed to be god and was thus clearly a lunatic.

If I'm wrong, and Jesus was god, prove it. Until then, my whole heart, body, and mind rejects and renounces any and all faith I ever may have once had, and finds peace, comfort, fulfillment, and hope in that rejection.

G-d is G-d. G-d is One. He was and is and evermore shall be. And so many Christians try to force feed that he is G-d-you do not love him, you do not love G-d.

I was raised a Christian and found i could not accept Jesus as G-d. It is ridiculous to think G-d came to earth in human form. MY G-d would never do that.

Get off your soap box. People don't hate Jesus, there are those who just don't believe in him. If you believe, that's okay. Just stop trying to shove your beliefs down other people's throats.
