Dancing is a good way to burn calories instead of running. Also buy some light weights and do normal exercises while listening to your favorite music. You can also play basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, or swim.

Jump rope, hula hoop, swimming, basketball, tennis, running, jogging, playing with your pup, jumping jacks, the core ball stretches, pilates. To name a few.
