Hey! Don't know if you could do this but I lose 2 lbs every week when following weight watchers. Otherwise the best thing to do is lots of cardio and stay away from fatty foods like french fries, cheese etc. Sometimes I'll do an hour long walk/jog/run 3 times per week and that really helps.

* Always chew your food

* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

everyone is recommended upon their health and weight, to eat anywhere from 1,800 to 2,500 calories a day...
limit your self to 1,500 or less (yes this is healthy).. Make sure you do anything that will make you sweat and fast... and simply use a steam room.. It's more than possible to lose 1 pound a DAY... so hey, 2 pounds in a week is simple...

Easy, first do not eat anything that has fat and lower your carb intake. Run for more than 20 minutes because after you run for 20 minutes you tap into your stored fat (you know...) keep it up and you should lose weight in a healthy way. If you need me email me or IM me allnet102 on AIM

No carbs
Eat lean meats and vegetables. Drink lots of water.
Eat four small meals. Don't starve yourself.
exercise 3-4 times for 40 minutes.

Try the Atkins diet - you can go to www.atkins.com you will lose a lot more then 2 lbs. If you follow it the right way.

Don't just remain there! Do squats while brushing your teeth, calf raises even though standing in line, or lunges while chatting within the phone.
