You have to make the best of it. What makes them a bad teacher? If it is something serious or personal towards you, tell someone like your parents. Otherwise, do the best to learn what you can and if they are a "bad" teacher, then you'll have to make and extra effort to learn some things on your own.

Do your best to cope with the bad situation, if it is possible to change teachers, and you are absolutly sure you can not cope with the situation you are in, talk to a parent about going to the guidance counsoler or principal or whoever handles class changes in your school. You might also try talking to the teacher.
