I really do not like Rap, but it is not all evil.
Much of it is though.

I don't think music itself has the ability to be evil. It isn't impossible that the meaning of the lyrics, or the people that say them are evil, but you're question isn't specific enough to deal with that.
Whether it leads to gang culture etc, which can lead to acts which could be described as evil is again another matter.

People are evil, rap is simply that a rap, the word rap derives from somewhere else, to rap.
The music is like anyother. If rap is evil then so is rock, hippy stuff, folk, pop, funk, jazz, new age you name it brother.

Judge it by it content. That's like asking are people evil. Some yes and some no. Unfortunately the direction pop or street cred has taken it is definitely at least a reflection of evil.

God made all kinds of music. It's just the lyrics that are evil.
Personally, I love rap music. Always have. I just listen to Holy Hip-Hop now.

i like rap track. renowned type actual. i think of its artwork and that it is not evil. even nonetheless numerous the messages at the instant are not ones that are valuable, yet thats the entire factor! Not necessarily- if it has explicit lyrics or something like that, then yes. But I know of a priest who writes and performs his own "God-themed" rap music, so that's not. God can use anything to his advantage.

I don't think any genre is inherently good or evil. Lyrics may be wrong or right according to you, however.
I listen to rap music, so I would hope not! :-)

depends on the lyrics. if it is something evil they are supporting then yes, but I listen to rap myself
