You will be told by the Judge how much and in what amounts you will pay back to the credit card people. If you are lucky you will be able to keep your assets. If you are stupid, (as it seems like you were up till now) you will wear orange coveralls on weekends for 90 days while you ponder the Judge's orders.

You wont circulate to reformatory, whether it is going to wreck your credit and collect interest previous perception. If this occurs you would be in debt for something of your existence and could never have the capacity to purchase a house, motor vehicle, etc. detect a debt administration corporation who should assist you to establish an much less extreme priced fee plan. My husband had to try this and that's rather useful. in case you do no longer, you would be apologetic approximately it

That doesn't make sense.

Did you have a lawyer with you? If you didn't ask for the some sort if extension, I don't know why the judge didn't just make a ruling.

With the little info that you've provided, no telling.

Could be that it was a pretrial conference?
The judge wasn't satisfied with the doc's?
The Plaintiff needed more time?
etc., etc., etc.

Could be any number of things.

they probably want you to suffer a bit more.
This way next time you'll either pay your bill in time or refrain from purchasing stuff you can't afford.
Either way it'll save everyone's time, lol just joking.
