Put it up first where you want it. Then, tease it a bit. Next, appy hairspray and kind of scrunch it until its like you want it. Works for me....I hope it works for you!

I feel your pain, my hair is naturally pin straight, and always falls out of buns.

What I do is wash my hair and while it's damp, wrap it up in a bun and spray it with some Bumble and Bumble hairspray. Then go to bed :)

The next morning, take it out and it should be wavy enough to put in a bun and look super cute.

Just grab your hair, don't smooth it down, let it fall where it wants to. Take a rubberband and just loosely band your hair together. Spray a little hairspray, and you're set!

I have found alot you girls like that trendy look.....the simplist way to acheive a really neat look is just go with your basic pony tail positioned where you want the look.....then twist the hair all you can possibly twist it. Then pin the twisted hair clockwise as you are pinning it down. Then get you a croshe hook and just start randomly pully out hair in the same direction you pinned it until your results are complete follow up with a texture creme or a very smooth finishing hairspray......there you go...good luck

I have naturally straight hair but I tend to acheive some wave with that beach girl messy look by using a decent amount of mousse on wet hair then blow dry on high without brushing first or during. It creates some knots but it is full and crazy looking--that is when I pull it up high on my head, twish the band around without going into a full ponytail and then twist the band around again and secure. If you have any little stray pieces or ends sticking out, wrap them around the base and secure with a cute little butterfly clip or jeweled bobby pin.

well get your hair perfectly sraight or it wont work. what i do is get it in a nice pony tail about a little more than than midway of the head. and then you randomly put hair in the pony tail holder and i scrnch my hiar between my fingers and then put it under it and you can do that all the way around, it takes practice but you can do a good jod if yopu get good and ribon in cute to but not too muuch! also NEVER try to do the messybun with the rubber band like dont try do form the band around the bun, use your fingers.

i have a messy bun every day all u do is put a small amount of hair spray on the ponytail bit then scrunch it an just fiddle with it then push it into you head, rap the bit that have escaped around your first bobble then put it all in another bobble (you need at least 2 bobbles) hope this makes sense!

definitely putting it up in any variety o way is definitely a drag . the two the load of the bun hurts my head or it basically does'nt look stunning in any respect. So somewhat in case you may placed it up , try making a extreme ponytail with clean rubber bands , then pile the hair on and clip with little butterfly clips thats on the fringe of your hair color or in case you pick it to stand out try ones with lovable designs believe me it will carry.

Go to a bar, have 10 or 12 shots and go home with someone you have never met (I am available). After a night of wild drunken sex your hair should be pretty messy and able to be placed in a bun.

quit straightening it and use lots of conditioner. it'll take a while for it to become curly ish again but when it does you can your messy bun. If your impatient then use a curling iron to create soft curls and then try it.
