I say Hawaii. But for the region with the hottest weather, that would be Death Valley in California. In the summer, weather can get up to 130 degrees.

Try livin' in the South. It isn't quite 120 F, but it gets up to about 110 or 115 with 100% humidity and a high heat index.
People go/stay outside in the daytime everyday here, so no, it will not be impossible.
Hottest State: Arizona.

I live in Yuma, Arizona. Our summers get over 120, even up to 130... and it's humid on top of that. We survive on air-conditioning, swimming pools, frequent trips to the lakes, sun-block and hydration, hydration, hydration.
There's no way of knowing when it will get worse or at what rate. It's all speculation. All I know is that once my husband's done with the Marines, Seattle here we come!

Arizona.
I doubt it will be impossible since already it reaches that in Borrego Springs California during the summer and people still go out. Not much but they do go out.

hottest overall must be Texas, no mountainous regions to lower the average temp, plus, there's the nightlife in Austin and San Antonio and the dallas Cowboy cheeleaders . . . . . . . but i digress
