They're rare.
buy a regular curling iron and make spirals. it's easy. they'r more versitle.
Plus it's easier to use regular curling irons and than spiral ones.

Most drugstores and beauty supply stores have them. If you can't find them where you live, try on eBay or at an online drugstore like Longs or Walgreens. I also see them in the small appliances section of all the used goods places/thrift stores like Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc. You can find them very inexpensively.
