If you are on welfare, then you are probably also on medicaid. That means that you get free health care. Go to a hospital.

If this is true, don't bang your head any more, and go to your social services office, talk to a social worker, or mental health services, (emergency) or if that doesn't apply to you , just seek some emergency care, I'm sure you are under some medical care and have assistance for that if not, apply for it at once. But get up and do it, call a shuttle for a free ride, there!! You have many options, look up the numbers on line.

ointment for your infected feet huh...do u think making fun of poor people with medical problems makes you more of a man/woman? I really feel sorry for your attitude towards people lower than yourself...and...you might someday need compassion from strangers so think about how u treat people now!
