C'mon people, you waste gas, you don't even know the size of your vehicle and your reasoning is "it's safer?" Volvos are safe... What are you, stupid? Whatever the reason, if you don't drive it like it's intended, you are wasting everyone's time. Which I think makes a person pretty much stupid. I know it's not PC, but who cares. It's the truth and I am only saying what "real" SUV drivers are thinking. Even if you drive it in the city, use it as an Urban Assault Vehicle... I do. What song was that by Ludicris? "Move ***** get out the way..."

If you buy a car that large, learn the size of it so I am not stuck behind you waiting to make that right turn and you are taking up 2 lanes. AND STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE!!! You get my point.

...This is not a race or religious question, it's just a common sense question that 90% (being generous) of the population do NOT have.

To some of you that don't get the question.
GET OUT OF MY WAY!

I see some of you don't get the question. And answer in irrelevance. You if answer against me, it pretty much means that you are not a good driver. If you answer with me, then it makes you just as much of a "meanie" as me.

It's a Catch 22. I would rather be mean.

I feel your pain, and completely understand your question. I was behind an Expedition, and it slowed down to 5 mph to go over a set of FLAT railroad tracks. I drive a Saturn, and I don't slow down. And yeah, if you're so self absorbed to buy an SUV, learn how to park the dang thing, or trade it in for a Geo. I'm so sick of my car being boxed in by someone who doesn't know how to park an SUV. All it is, is people being pretentious.

I have an SUV and like it alot. It's a smaller SUV though. Some people get them because they are better than vans or other family vehicles. My next vehicle purchase will probably be another SUV because I plan to have a big family and need space. You can get an SUV with decent gas milage so why not?

well, suv`s do cost alot, and they use alot of gas. but if u really want one and ur scared of riding on the bumps on the road, u could start out slow and slowly go faster and faster. or start out on a not so bumpy road, and get it bumpier. just remember: start out small.
