Like Coke, Snicker bars, fanta drink...oh my God, it's utter blasphemy what Americans have done to their twisted chemical version of orange Fanta. Why can't we get any of the good Fanta flavors here like apple and currant? The twix are better too, the chips...I'm mainly naming well-known name brand things. But truly, EVERTHING tastes better over there. What are they putting, or not putting, in our food here? How can the same company issue better products in one place, and poorer quality ones elsewhere?

Cheese. Ever tasted cheese from anywhere outside the country??

You know what we do with cheese here?? We pasteurize it...essentially BOIL it. What does that do? Well, it kills the 'microorganisms that might otherwise harm us'. Great. Good idea since millions of people are dying from unpasteurized cheese. NOT.

It removes ALL the flavor. Our cheese tastes like s*h*i*t

Chocolate: Ever tasted our chocolate compared to the chocolate outside the US? Ours tastes like s*h*i*t because we use god knows what...probably wax...to make it. Why? Who knows. People still eat it too.

There are a million other foods that we ruin too. Why? How? I have no idea. I think people here don't care what something tastes like, just as long as it gives them some calories....

It's all a matter of your personal preference. I can stand the taste of most American foods sold in Europe and Asia and definitely found none I felt tasted better than the ones I'm used to in the USA.

I have a bad feeling it's because in this country producers bulk up their profits- by adding all kinds of cheap, flavor ruining "fillers" -that take up space at the expense of the quality of the product they're selling. Remember what tomatos used to taste like? If you DO- you're over 40- or live on a small farm in the midwest. We're down to 3 flavors in this country; salt, sweet, & fattening. And we're starting to look like it- too.

European and Asian has a long culture of food history. They are picky on products, so even an orange you buy in Japan tastes better, but it is a Sunkist from U.S. All products are customized for local and Europe and Asia in a way has a higher standard. People from US needs to to more picky on their food taste!

i imagine a more beneficial valuable evaluation is espresso to Tea. The west beverages a lot espresso because the asian human beings drink Tea. the human beings in China also drink Wine. the rationalization i have self assurance tea and wine are literally not an excellent evaluation is because one has alcohol and the different has none. the human beings in England also drink allot of tea. Black not eco-friendly yet nonetheless tea. the golf eco-friendly tea that's drank in China playstation good on your well being some sense wine is likewise excellent for you if drank fairly.

Actually, I think that their food is more likely to be organic, which has a better flavor in my opinion. OR, maybe your taste buds are just better suited for food overseas. I don't think that Mexico pasteurizes their ice cream and it is WAY WAY WAY WAY better than even the best overpriced ice cream up here.

in the us food companies are allowed to use a lot more additives, preservatives and chemicals in food than in europe or asia. that keeps production costs down and so of course they do it and hence give you substandard foods. also, us versions of a lot of confectionaries and drinks are usually much sweeter than their european or asian counterparts, in line with a perceived difference in popular taste. another difference is that a lot of products that would be sweetened with sugar in europe are sweetened with corn syrup in the us, which would lead to a difference in taste and texture.

Actually American food has less chemicals than most of the others. Havent you been watching the news about how the Coke and Pepsi made in India is killing people. So ours are actually better quality, better ingredients and are made with higher standards, but the others do have different, sometimes tastier things in them. But, you cant find peanut butter in Germany, so we must be doing something right.

I guess it's because in the States they make humongously large quantities and therefore have to use faster producing systems. This required to use less salt, less blah blah blah and so it doesn't taste the same... just a guess.

i wouldn't say EVERYTHING.. but yeah it does taste better, and you have more options.. i mean you can get pizza w/tuna on it. i know it sounds gross, especially if you dislike tuna, but if you like tuna try it sometime!!! it's wicked good, i expected to hate it but i tryed it and it was awesome.. sorry that i got a bit side-tracked.

um maybe americans have more packaging/manufactured/pesticides in them? or maybe the stuff isn't grown as much locally so they have to ship it all over the US which makes it not as good?
