Sylvania is made by NAP they also make magnavox it depends on the size age & type of tv its hard to tell without knowing, it could also be made by Funai

They merged with General Phone. They are called Osram Sylvania. Call the Better Business Bureau and ask them about how to contact them. They may have a number or advice.
