Has anyone ever got photorepeat from HumanSoftware to work? For 99 I get errors I have yet to get it to work!?

I emailed the company and they say it works it is just me. I have tried it on several computers and they all do it. The program itself claims to be easy but I am left frunstrated everytime I have attempted to use it. I asked for a refund and they laughed in my face. I am just wondering if anyone ever got it to work and if so how? Big time buyer beware here!
