in some fashion or another, yes. because his actions cause suffering and hardship for some. this thrills the devil.
that said: i personally believe that g.w. is a good person. a moral person. he seems to take others at their word and at face value because he expects the same of himself.
as for bush being the anti-christ, i thought the anti-christ would appear as a truly educated, articulate person in a pleasing form. that pretty much lets out a middle aged man who cant string twenty words together without getting tongue tied.

If there were a Satan, I'd say yes. Since there isn't, I would say Dubya is a bad guy without any help from evil beings.
