I quote from the directions: "You should clean your contact lenses by gently rubbing solution on both sides of the lens with your finger and thumb and then rinse thoroghly".
Rinse with what, because it also says "Never use reguular tap water... or saliva"

I have the lenses and a case for each pair, do I only need to now buy the solution?

I knew these would be more trouble than they are worth...

Yes, you have to rinse them with saline solution. You can get it at any pharmacy or Walmart. I use the Renu No-Rub Multipurpose. It works great to remove calcium deposits and junk that can get on your contacts.

Rinse with saline solution. That should be all you need if you have the case already.

The key word here is "SOLUTION". Follow the directions. The directions speak for themselves. They are no trouble at all. I've been wearing contacts for years!!!!.
