all veggies are 0 pts except corn, potatoes, yams, anything with alot of starches in it. Most fruit is 1 pt per serving (a serving is usually 1/2-1 cup). You are allowed unlimited veggies as long as they are not prepared using any fats. Steamed veggies with a tsp of lite margarine(1pt) is a good snack. Raw veggies in fat free italian dressing dressing (2tbsp is 0 pts!) is a good way to stay full. 3 cups of light microwave popcorn is only 1 pt too.

Hey! I'm on weight watchers. It's unlimited for vegetables, I'm pretty sure...well, except for corn but for fruits there are points. A half a cup of strawberries is 0 points but 1 3/4 cup is like 1.5 points.

Better go with the salad with low fat italian dressing. I dont think that has any points value to it. So you can eat all you want. As for the fruits I remember that a small glass of Oj is worth 2 points.

you can find out by googling.
I wouldn't do weighwatchers as it doesn't matter what you're eating the whole point is that it's calorie restriction.
If you like eating lots of fruit and veg you probably don't need weighwatchers it'll only mess you up.

Veggie are unlimited. (NON-starch veggies - not corn and potatoes) Fruits count as points.
