HIV - A virus which may remain dormant for many years. However, once it starts production, it destroys the body's immune system. Without the immune system, the body can't fight off other diseases and will eventually succumb.

Turbuculosis {TB} - I believe this can be viral or bacterial. It's transmitted through the blood of an afflicted person. This disease destroys lung tissue, going so far as to force the victim to cough up blood {the destroyed tissue}. It's not fatal anymore, but it does need to be treated early. Brought on by malnourishment or poor social conditions.

Rabies -- Viral, this sickness affects the brain. Commonly found in rodents {raccoons, skunks and squirrels}, this illness kills a human within one week. It ruins brain tissue, bringing such symptoms of hydrophobia and violent behavior into play.

One very rare disease is Wegener's Disease... it is very hard to diagnose.. it was always fatal until the late 70's. It cannot be cured but can sometimes be put in remission. Using cancer drugs predisone and a couple of other drugs. This disease can be found by doing a ANCA test.

It is a disease where all the blood vessels throughout the body become inflamed. It is a immune system break down.

The symptoms are.... very fatigue, coughing, runny nose, breaking out with sores and lesions........... "O" Wise One ......knows about these things.....
