A japanese friend of mine used to make these for me at holidays. She would hardboil an egg and wrap it in this beef and then cook it somehow and slice it so you had a piece of hardboiled egg sitting in the middle of a teriyaki beef round. Anyone know how to make this? Thanks for reading.

I know the version where you only boil the egg and peal it. You just wrap very thin meat around the still boiling hot egg and let it sit for a while.

Slice and you can eat.
