I love Cranberry sauce with everything! So much so I make a awesome Cranberry Salad Dressing.

2 cans of whole cranberry sauce, not the cranberry jell sauce
1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar (more or less to taste)
1/4 cup good quality olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons of sugar

Put it in a blender and pulse it until it is mixed very well, put it in a jar keep the lid tight and shake it before you use it. It is soooo good.

Cranberry sauce doesn't really do much for the turkey but it is sure good with home made dressing.

Love it.

My favorite thing to do is put cranberry sauce on the turkey and then gravy over it.

I'm from Massuchusetts and it's traditional to have it with Thanksgiving dinner. It's interesting to go to Cape Cod and see how they're grown and harvested.
Cranberry sauce, cranberry muffins, cranberry juice, cranberry pie, cranberries straight up or mixed with other fruits, anyway you have them, they're GOOD!!
I serve them year round with turkey, chicken and pork.
