I'm a manager at McDonald's and I'm proud of working there. Actually there's no big thing of working there, we just expect for you to be on time, be respectful, be fast, and of course be courteous with the customers. Believe me there are going to be some customers that are very rude and obnoxious and they think that for buying an order of fries they deserve all the store, been there, done that. I was part of the crew for 6 months and after that they offer me the role of manager, which I took gladly and I've only been working there for a year. So don't allow others to put you down just for working at McDonald's which ever job you choose to do as long is a decent job and you don't hurt anybody else. So good luck and hopefully one day you have your own McDonald's restaurant as owner/operator.

Hopefully you speak English and if required can run the registers. Working at McDonald's can't be all that hard. Just do what you're told and do it good. Be on time and respectful to superiors and especially customers. Oh Ya...... I'll have a Big Mac and an order of fries!!!!!!

dude it aint that easy, my mom works there and she could be the head manager but shes pregnant. you gotta have open availabilty, and you gotta get along without an attitude.cause sooner or later you get tired, or get ed off.so be really submittive and nice.dont show off too much though. cause somtimes it gets personal between you and someone thats your opertunity to be boss.
