An idea? No. But a treatment, diagnostic method, etc. if there is data to support it? Yes.

First, contact a lawyer and patent it.
Next ask your lawyer to recomend a licensing company. They will find someone to manufacture, sell, use, etc. your product.

I do think it would be hard for you (not already having an institution with which you are working) to have "medical[ly] proved" your idea. You might want to patent it and then contact some biomedical researchers (like me) to tell you how to go about medically proving it.
