If you literally translate this phrase to Hebrew, it would'nt make any sense;

The right translation would be - EVERY DAY AND A DAY - which will make much more sense in Hebrew and has the same meaning:

Hebrew with Latin letters:
kol yom be'yomo

Hebrew with Hebrew letters (read from right to left):
כל יום ביומו

Wow, it is pretty hard to translate this one. I'll try some versions, but it won't be a word-by-word translation:

יום בכל פעם - Yom bechol pa'am (one day each time)
יום ועוד יום - Yom ve'od yom (day and a day)
יום אחד בו זמנית - Yom echad bo zmanit (one day simultaneously)
