I found this great article in prevention magazine to tone your buns and thighs when you can't exercise every day. All you need is a set of 2 or 5 pound dumbells(if you want the workout to be more effective). You spread your feet about a foot and a half apart. If using dumbells, hold them in your hands at a right(90degree) angle. You then squat and hold for 3sec.(make sure your knees are not further out than yor feet). Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions(36 times) for 3 days a week. You should see results in a few weeks.

diet and exercise. there are no magic pills.

What kind of exercise? Well, you are walking now which is good...but start running. Even running for 5 minutes then walking for 5. Get to the point where you are running 3 or 4 days a week for 40 minutes at a time.

Lift some weights to tone up, keep eating right and the weight will come off. It will have no choice!!

diet and exercise. I also like walking after I've had a baby. I'll put the baby in a backpack and walk that way. Remember 9 months up, 9 months down.

Along with your exercise I suggested the recently developed Cinch inch loss plan.

On most diets, you lose muscle, as well as fat. When you lose muscle, you lose some of your body's ability to burn fat, and your metabolism drops.

The doctors, nutritionists, and scientists at this company drew upon years of sports and nutrition science to create an easier and healthier plan. In a recent preliminary clinical trial, our scientists tested a proprietary formula enhanced with the amino acid leucine. People in the program lost fat, weight, and inches while retaining 100% of their lean muscle.

Hope this is helpful and if you are interested in the website, feel free to contact me.
