Honestly, after you've ruled out a bladder infection with the doctor, I would consider brining a light pair of pants and underwear along in the car or even your bag to. A lot of kids regress for a lot of reasons: stress in the household, they're going thorugh a developmental spurt and overwhelmed, they're distracted, etc.

Sometimes kids are to excited about playing or what's going on in the moment to take the time to go potty. Sometimes if there life has been disrupted like with a new baby in the home or something else, they will relapse and you may need to re-potty train. She's still just little, be patient with her and reward her when she does go potty. She'll get the idea soon enough. Good Luck!

My 3 year old is too busy playing to take the time to go to the bathroom sometimes. I would just take her to the bathroom even if she says she doesn't have to go just to make sure.

You may have to do a bit of retraining. Instead of asking her to go, take her. Develop a schedule. Hopefully you will see less accidents.
