Talk with him. Take the initiative, invite him for a drink or something. And then, talk. Several things could happen, either he'd be amazed by you, or youd be disgusted by some things you didn't know about him. But, in a normal situation, he might ask to meet up some other time. He might even ask you out!!

My boyfriend is 2 years and 17 days younger than me and we've been together for over two years. The very second I saw him I told him that I thought he was "pretty cute". I didn't know anything else about him. He says now that he was drawn to the fact that I was so bold. If you have the urge to tell this guy how you feel then do it, but don't get upset if you don't get the reaction you're hoping for. If he's mature enough then he'll still want to be your friend. If not, then he isn't worth your time anyway.

well do you think he likes you??? well if you do! dont be afraid to ask him.Well about his age dont worry about it, theres nothing wrong with bieng one year younger lots of people get marry with younger people. just be staight up and tell him you like him and hopefully he'll say he does to.
